Prairie View Medical Plaza sale among D-FW commercial real estate transactions for Feb. 12-16


Caddis Partners purchased the 43,119 square foot Prairie View Medical Plaza at 4001 Long Prairie Road in Flower Mound. Built in 2012, the facility is fully leased to tenants including Texas Health Resources and Cook Children’s.

Westover Hurst LLC acquired the 13,900 square foot Frost Bank building at 340 Grapevine Highway in Hurst. JLL’s Pat McDowell and Todd Burnett brokered the sale. The sale includes the 2.12 acres of land surrounding the building.

Salco Inc purchased an 11,608-square-foot industrial property at 11031 Grissom Lane in Dallas from the McGray Group. Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates brokered the sale with David Dunn of Dunn Commercial Real Estate.


Galaxy Global Logistics leased 40,000 square feet of industrial space at 850 S. Jupiter Rd in Garland. Brett Lewis and Corbin Blount of Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with Michael Peinado of Lincoln Property Co.

Network Hardware Supply leased 12,000 square feet of commercial space at Inwood Trade Center, 1134 Longpoint Avenue, in Dallas. Michael Rareshide with Jim Lake Realtors negotiated the lease with Brett McMillan and Austin Busse with Paladin Partners.

Speed Specialties LLC leased 5,301 square feet of commercial space at 15167 Business Avenue in Addison. David Wilganowski at Mercer Co. negotiated the lease with Susan Sanger at Bradford Commercial.

Porta Di Roma has leased 4,387 square feet of restaurant space at AMLI Galatyn Station, 2301 Performance Dr., in Richardson. Chris Flesner and Brian Sladek of Retail Solutions negotiated the lease.

The Women’s Business Council — Southwest has leased 4,200 square feet of office space for its regional headquarters at 5605 N. MacArthur Blvd in Irving. Eliza Solender of Solender/Hall negotiated the lease.
